אליעזר טגנסקי, (נולד ב-1932 או 1933) הוא רוכב אופניים בעבר, 3 פעמים ברציפות אלוף ישראל במרוץ אופני כביש (1953–1955).
ביוגרפיה
בכינוס הפועל החמישי שנערך בשנת 1952 זכה טגנסקי במדליית כסף בתחרות ל-50 ק"מ בתוצאה של 1:18,7 שעות, אחרי משה וישגרודסקי (1:16,22 שעות) ולפני יצחק כרמל (1:19,31 שעות)[1].
